We've been to the Emerson several times, and it doesn't disappoint. The staff is professional and friendly, our room was spotless, and the massage was great.

L’hôtel est beau et la chambre etait très grande avec des lits très confortables. Le parc est très grand et il est agréable de s’y promener avec le chien
Le spa avec l’espace terrasse est très petit à peine 10 chaises longues .
La piscine extérieure est très petite aussi et assez loin dans le parc.
Nous avons dû attendre 16h pile pour avoir la chambre alors que dans tous les autres hôtels on a eu la chambre avant.

Well kept and clean
The smell of cleaning products throughout the entire place was overbearing. The sheets and towels were so fragrant and not in a good way. I could still smell the cleaning products on myself and my bag and clothes when I got home.
The water pressure in the shower was weak. Making it very difficult to rinse shampoo out of my hair.
