The place is a new property, but despite initial start-up hitchhikes, it's done up well. I was also offered a larger room to ensure I was comfortable and had no problems. I believe that adjustment and understanding go a long way. Overall, a brilliant stay.
Climbing the stairs was tedious; I would have loved a lift. Otherwise, there were no problems at all. The property is peaceful and calm.

I liked the fact that it was tucked way inside Huaz Khas village, which made it feel rather isolated. As someone who enjoys walking, it was a nice walk from the entry point all the way inside. The bed was the most comfortable thing about the whole stay.
1. The whole building screams 'I am old but somehow turned into an aesthetic picked straight up from pinterest with no original thought'. The room was barely an experience for something Minimalist strives to provide.
2. The AC dripped the whole time over the sofa which only made all my bags and goods wet. I realised it the next morning when it was too late.
3. The hospitality was nice when i arrived. A little over the top. But later they just forgot to deliver basic amenities like water, even after asking multiple times. Disappointing exchange.
4. I paid for a room with a balcony, but the balcony was closed shut with blinds that you couldn't remove. Reason? They said there's a village next to the building so for privacy we keep it shut. Umm. Okay. It was also a shared balcony with at least 2-3 rooms next to mine so not a great selling point for a 'private' room.
5. The bathroom amenities were adequate, nothing out of the ordinary. The main tubelight didn't work. The exhaust didn't work. There was no towel hanger next to the sink.
6. Overall, i will not be staying at this specific property again. Maybe they have it better at the other Minimalist editions.
7. I'm not sure if people are just okay with basic level amenities and design these days, because this was a whole IKEA catalogue stuck inside a compact room.
