La maison est tres bien placee avec les proximites plage, pharmacie, medecin, restaurant et le centre ville.
Il fait chaud dans le salon. Prevoir la climatisation.

L’appartement est très bien placé , à 50m de la plage de Gros Raisin et du parcours sportif. Parfait pour la baignade, les balades en bord de mer, les barbecue. Il est aussi très bien équipé et fonctionnel, avec une véranda qui permet de déjeuner dehors. À proximité, petite supérette, pharmacie et glacier.
