The Villa is located just in the back streets in a cluster of other villas that are just being built. I see great potential for this area in 6months to 1 year for people to stay in, but there is a need to address a few things in order for the villas to be suitable for comfortable accommodation for the price they are charging. I booked for 3 nights but had to leave after the first night, the host was most accommodating and understanding of why we needed to cancel our additional 2 nights. I am thankful for their understanding.
The Villa didn't have blockout blinds and the top row of windows weren't covered in the bedroom, which let in an abundance of sunlight and especially first morning light. If you like waking up to a bedroom full of sunlight first thing in the morning, then this is the place for you. The door to the bathroom is clear glass, not allowing any privacy for anyone who is showering and you can view this straight from the bed. The fridge is located outside. exposed in full sunlight, which meant it heated up for most of the day, and I couldn't keep things cold in there. The air con is located behind wooden vents, which I think prevents the room being able to be cooled properly, and with the sun streaming in from the uncovered windows, the room gets quite hot. A fan added would help this situation.
