Location, Dome is unique and good food
No entertainment subscription provided for the premium we are paying, wifi connection dropping, and complimentary chef snacks at evening only for 1 hour and don’t deliver at room or they can extend duration for 2 hours minimum.

Magnificent location, beautiful surroundings and comfortable stay. Polite and well behaved staff. Good tasty food.

I recently stayed here with my family and unfortunately the experience did not meet my expectations. The location and scenery are beautiful, and the staff were generally polite. However, there were several areas that need improvement.
The towels had an unpleasant smell, room cleanliness was only average, and the dome accommodations offered very little privacy as they were located too close to each other. The pool setup was also not very family-friendly. A common swimming pool, kids’ play area, and better privacy arrangements would greatly improve the guest experience.
While the ambiance, views, food, restaurant, and staff behavior were good, I felt the overall value did not justify the expectations created by the property’s marketing. I hope the management addresses these issues and improves the experience for future guests.
