L'appartement situé au 1er étage d'une grande maison a du cachet, il est très spacieux avec 3 chambres et une grande cuisine bien équipée + salle à manger et salon.
Situé juste à côté de la gare bien desservie par les trains régionaux (avec un parking pratique pour garer sa voiture), à proximité d'une belle rivière, un chemin piétonnier permet d'aller au centre de Bad Aussee qui est très vivant avec beaucoup de magasins et de restaurants typiques (environ 20 minutes de marche).
La région et les lacs environnants sont magnifiques
Une des chambres dessert les deux autres, ce qui peut être gênant pour son occupant.
Des photos d'explication sur la porte d'entrée de la maison et le système d'ouverture de l'appartement seraient utiles.
La rue devant la maison est un peu dangereuse quand on sort du jardin en voiture.

Merhaba 20 temmuz civarlarında bu evde kaldık.çok güzeldi çok zevkli döşenmişti ve çok temizdi..evin içinde bir ailenin ihtiyacı olan hersey fazlasıyla vardı ve hepsi en ince ayrıntısıyla düşünülmüştü.evdeki tüm elektrikli eşyalar kusursuz bir şekilde çalışıyordu. .evin önünden dere akıyordu keyifle kahvelerinizi yudumlayabilirsiniz.bahce garaj hersey mukemmeldi
Sadece tek sevmediğim şey apartmandaki girişi biraz urkutucuydu ve ağır bir koku vardı. Ama evin içinde yoktu .evin içi gayet temiz ve nezihti.
Dışarıya açılan 3 kapı vardı kızım biraz korktu ya kapılardan biri gelirse diye ...Bu korku bana göre yersizdi...bunlar haricinde evin annesi olarak ben bayildim

Excellent space and location! The apartment is large and comfortable, with all the right appliances and kitchen gear. It is also right next to the train station (though very few trains come by and noise was not a problem) and next to the beautiful Traun river, which flows right by the garden. Garage parking too.
There is even a walking path into the center of Bad Aussee, about a 20 min walk.
Finally, with careful closing of drapes and keeping windows open at night, it was cool in the heatwave last week!
I would stay here again in a heartbeat. Petra was wonderfully responsive and checking clear and easy.
