2 jours de travil à Paris

Tout était parfait et correspondait bien au descriptif. Petit appartement très confortable, avec de l'espace, ce qui est rare à Paris. Propreté parfaite, des attentions (serviettes de toilette, bouteilles d'eau, produits de toilette)

En général la communication avec Studio PrestIge est améliorable. Via Booking j'ai reçu un message qui m'annonçait un lien.. qui était absent!. Le fonctionnement de la douche est inhabituel, j'ai dû appeler pour qu'on m'explique. Une petite notice serait la bienvenue. Enfin je suis parti très tôt, sur la porte il était écrit de laisser les clés sur la table, j'ai reçu un message vers 10h me disant de les mettrez dans la boîte à clés. La veille j’avais passé des SMS, restés sans répondre. Il faudrait à mon avis : - un petit livret d'accueil (douche, magasins de proximité, transports, etc), à la dernière page une recommandation pour le départ. - avoir un seul canal de communication Petits détails à mettre en oeuvre...
