The room was clean, well equipped and the host Alex was fantastic support. Whenever I had a question he answered virtually straight away. There a shared bathroom that was spacious, had all a good selection of facilities and a shower in bath. There was always plenty of hot and cold running water. The shared kitchen was also a very useful space that was once again very well equipped, clean and tidy.
The only issue I had was that the central air conditioning was far too cold for my liking as it was set at 18c (66f). I sat in my room with my overcoat on and wrapped in a quilt.
After speaking with Alex he responded straight away and we compromised on a set temperature which was generally adhered to.
I’ve suggested to Alec that he should set a temperature and then have a control measure in place to prevent anyone changing it.
