Its the only good option in that area to have a premium comfort stay in Erumeli. Staff was good and supportive. Overall a very good experience staying here. I will 100% recommend this stay option to everyone who were looking stay in Erumeli.
Confirming the room before hand, only if an advance amount is paid is somewhat raises some kind of trust issue between the hotel management and client. I think it is the process they follow based on the previous experiences of no-show.
Reason being rising this is, I had luckily picked up the hotel call, and I have paid the adv to them. What if if I missed to answer that call. I m definitely sure the booking is still on my name and Booking.com is responsible for the same.
