Ivan, our host, was so incredibly kind and welcoming. He met us at the bus stop after an arduous day of travel, and helped us get our bags into the apartment. He had stocked the kitchen with Scottish snacks and left guidebooks and notes for us to make everything as easy and comfortable as possible. I felt like we had the best possible view of Oban and were so close to everything! We could see the water and Kerrera island, as well as McCaigs Tower right from the front windows. After staying in Oban we traveled to some other bookings around Scotland, and it wasn't until after we left that we realized Ivan and his apartment were truly one of a kind. We spent the rest of the trip reminiscing about how perfect our Oban experience was! Wish we had stayed longer.

The apartment was VERY clean, with thoughtful touches by providing Scottish made food and drink items. The views from the living room and kitchen windows were spectacular. Ivan and Agnes met us at the property, helped with luggage and showed us around the property before leaving us to it. What wonderful people.
The parents struggled with the stairs. However that is not a complaint. Just have nothing negative to say.
