The place was well-maintained and clean. It is as per the photos and the host added numerous touches (complementary beverages in the fridge, tea, nespresso coffee pods, bag of ice, etc). Toiletries were of good quality. Full kitchen provided but the dish sponge ought to be replaced.
There was a hiccup as we did not receive the check-in instructions so when we arrived at the property we could not check-in. I was trying to call the host and booking.com customer service so there was some panic involved. The air-conditioning did not really flow into the bedrooms so it got a little hot at night and one of the fans provided wasn't working. The toilet and bath near the entrance had a translucent screen so it was a little awkward for our group of friends.
