It’s a big house with several bedrooms and two main bathrooms. Would suit a couple of familles staying together or an extended family etc Lock up garage was great and not too difficult to get into. BBQ looked very clean but i didn’t use it. Water pressure was good unless operating both showers at the same time. Kitchen is well equipped and lots of useful stuff left behind by previous occupants. Check fridge and pantry before going out to buy groceries. Location is great. Short walk to beach and about 15min walk to the main part of Scarborough Beach. For the price this place in great!!

Cleaner needs a chatting to. Kitchen bin and bin near bbq not emptied upon arrival and kitchen surfaces also not cleaned well. Only took 10 minutes to fix but shouldn’t have been our job. Some maintenance work hasn’t been cleaned up either. Brick dust from drilling above shelf in master bedroom WIR and wood shavings from drilling a hole in cupboard above range-hood. Just need a vacuum and wipe over. Minor things for such a big house though. Oh and the exhaust fan in ensuite needs replacing very soon!

The location was very convenient. Facilities were very good. Bed was very comfortable. The host was very easy to communicate with and answered my queries promptly. It was great piece of mind having a lock up garage for car.

Just a thought but would be good to have information/menus for local facilities and places to eat in the information folder for visitors not familiar with the area.
