The property looks new, public reception and dining were clean and well maintained. The staff was helpful and informational as well as quick to respond. Dinner and breakfast were good. Helpful staff.

1. We had issues regarding dirty quilt, seems like the beddings were not changed before our arrival. 2. Air conditioning issue, we had 3 rooms booked here, and 1 room had non-operational AC, 1 was malfunctioning. Only 1 room had good cooling. 3. It’s not very close to the temple but can be easily managed with a taxi or e-rickshaw (~30 mins) Although we addressed (2) these issues to the staff and they gave us options to work with.

If I understood the staff members correctly, the hotel only recently opened. That makes sense as there are some teething issues which included having lots of workmen about who made a fair amount of noise and whose activities generated a fair amount of dust. I quite liked that this hotel is very well lit. It stands out like an oasis at night. The restaurant still needs work as, perhaps, 25% of the items we tried to order were "not available at this time". That being said, the food items which we did manage to order were all good to excellent. The room itself was good with a comfy bed, good linen, and all the other modern room inclusions which one expects to find such as the safe, fridge, rain showerhead, aircon etc. (The aircon was excellent). The price for this hotel was exceptional. I think this must have been some kind of "new hotel pricing" as it was, frankly, cheap for the return. So, for anyone reading this, if price is you main driver, then you would be very happy with this hotel. The breakfast was acceptable. This is an all-veg hotel which means ala carte options and breakfast is a little different. But we made it work and my partner and I were satisfied. The staff members to mention are Aman, Rashmi, Garima, Sachin, Anand, and Priyanka who were friendly and willing to try their best to accommodate our requests. The hotel seemed quite busy and the phone did not stop ringing (which I took to be a good sign). It is worth mentioning that we arrived for dinner on one night literally as the placed closed BUT they still accommodated us and prepared food for us which we really appreciated. The hotel is REALLY close to the airport which is a plus for some people. It is, in my view, a fair distance away from the Shree Ram Janmaboomi temple complex and some of the other city "must-see" locations. The traffic and driving is eventful even by general India standards.

When set off against the cost, there isn't anything we did not like.

- Around 7-10 km Distance from Ram Mandir and other holy places in Ayodhya.You should have your car/whole day cab.U cannot rely on uber or ola. Cab takes longer time to reach the hotel. - It’s a small property not like other sterling properties.and situated on the Byepass road with lot of traffic. - Cocoon rooms has no window/sunlight instead has wall without window. the people who has Claustrophobia or anxiety should book other category rooms. The photos here for the cocoon room is misleading as it shows curtain on one side. It doesn’t have window and so the curtains. - If u have booked room with option “no prepayment required or pay at hotel only”, then they will call u 2-3 days before arrival and ask to pay. If u say, i have booked as the above said, they will reply “room will be cancelled if not paid”. So please clear your all doubts before booking room. - Attitude of one of the front desk staff was not professional and was full of attitude and no politeness while conversation.
