It was nice, clean, comfortable, great value, wifi worked perfectly, air con was good, but best of all were the staff who were super friendly, and understanding when I lost my key

The location is excellent and very convenient. The room was fresh and clean, and the bed and pillows were comfortable. Check-in was quick and easy.
The only downside was that I couldn’t figure out how to turn on the hot water. The water heater controls were not very clear or intuitive. I pressed the power button, but nothing seemed to happen. Maybe I was doing something wrong, but there were no clear instructions. I was too tired to go and ask for help, so I ended up taking a cold shower.

L’ubicació és excel.lent, les habitacions no tenien finestres però, a la nit no vam sentir cap soroll de fora!

Bett war bequem
Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Queensize Bett und Fenster gewählt. Nachts wurde ein Foodmarket direkt unter dem Fenster aufgebaut. Es gab bis ca 4Uhr Livemusik, die Essensgerüche zogen in unser Zimmer und Feuerwerk gab es auch immer wieder. Wir waren also fast die ganze Nacht wach.
Am nächsten Morgen bat ich um ein neues Zimmer. Da es in dieser Zimmerkategorie keines mehr gab, bekamen wir ein Zimmer ohne Fenster und dachten, dass uns so ja sicher Lärm und Geruch erspart bleiben würden.
Allerdings war das neue Zimmer direkt am Fahrstuhlschacht, so dass wir jede einzelne Fahrstulfahrt hörten.
