The property was very welcoming, clean, and in an excellent location, close to the city centre and local services. The room and bathroom were spotless, comfortable, and everything worked perfectly. The hosts were extremely helpful and well organised, providing clear and useful information from the start.
There was nothing I really disliked. As a small suggestion, a mini fridge in the room and a more comfortable chair at the desk instead of a stool would be nice additions. These are only suggestions that could make an already very pleasant stay even more comfortable.

There were some patched up holes on the wall that should have been painted over . Carpet up the stairs was old, should be replaced

Great place to stay in Dublin - clean, comfortable room and we found it very quiet. It was easy to get around from the location. Check in and out was super efficient and the pub downstairs was very kind to let us leave our bags after check out.

Easy check in, nice bar downstairs
Room was exceptionally warm and stuffy. Very difficult to sleep. No window or fan in bathroom felt stuffy and unhygienic.
