The behaviour of Saleem ikka, the way he treats the guest.. It is value for money a budget friendly hotel
The location.. it is too inside of pattom.. finding an uber itself is difficult. No parking for car, and for bike also less parking. I had to wait for half an hour since no uber was accepting and after that had to walk another 15 min to reach the main road to get an auto.. no shops nearby for a quick tea or snack atleast

The owner/caretaker is very good. Taking care the guest well. Good hospitality. Good room. Clean bathroom. Good location and peaceful.
