À fuir fuir caution volé pas de chauffage pas de réponses du proprio

Rien de bien logement à fuir !!! Murs mal isolés j’entendais le locataire du dessous ronfler

Pas de chauffage dans l’appartement 5 degrés de ressenti, le propriétaire m’as voler 250€ de caution qui devait être remboursé en une semaine alors que j’ai loué le logement il y’a deux semaines toujours rien, et surtout il ne me réponds pas malgré mes plusieurs relances

Bien mais peux mieux faire

Emplacement très proche de tous commerces, on voit que la rénovation du logement est récente. L'appartement est bien pensé même s'il faut passer par la chambre pour aller dans la cuisine mais pas dérangeant, il suffit juste de bien fermer la porte (pour les odeurs).

Il y a une machine a laver, mais pas de lessive. Je suis habitué au logement Air b&B et généralement on a les pastilles de lave vaisselle et pareil pour la michine à laver.Le manque de certains acessoires dans la cuisine : spatule, saladier, bols, limonadier et surtout un rideau à la fenêtre dans la salle de douche. trop de vis à vis. aussi il manque des prises éléctrique je vous propose donc de mettre à disqposition 2 multiprise. De plus la prise de la chambre au bout du lit ne fonctionne pas. Par contre le linge de lit était vraiement sale (Photo à l'appuis). Enfin il y a des problêmes d'évacuation dans l'évier de la cuisine surtout la nuit quand les occupants du dessus prennent leurs douches à 23 h (bruit de sympon - vidéo à l'appuis)

Emplacement très proche de tous commerces, on voit que la rénovation du logement est récente. L'appartement est bien pensé même s'il faut passer par la chambre pour aller dans la cuisine mais pas dérangeant, il suffit juste de bien fermer la porte (pour les odeurs).
