Exceptional Staff & Hospitality: The staff members were incredibly chatty, helpful, and welcoming. They constantly offered honey water and plenty of regular drinking water.Complimentary Water: Free bottled water is literally everywhere! You can always grab a bottle at the reception desk and even right outside the elevator doors.Futuristic & High-Tech: The hotel is very high-tech with lots of cool features. Best of all, food and delivery orders are brought straight to your room by a delivery robot! It was my first time seeing this, and it was absolutely amazing.Delivery Assistance: I ordered food delivery quite often, and the staff was always ready to recommend the best local options and help me with the ordering process.Great Accessibility: One of my family members has limited mobility. The hotel provided us with a wheelchair completely free of charge, which was a massive help for our large group of 11 people.Fantastic Breakfast: The morning buffet was excellent. It had a huge selection of delicious Chinese food, nuts, and fresh fruits. I especially loved ordering the fresh noodles and mixing in different traditional Chinese toppings.Convenient Location: The overall location is excellent. Plus, there is a small convenience store right nearby where you can buy any basic daily necessities.
Room View & Daylight: The windows in our room faced an indoor garden located in a corridor-like space. This means there was no direct, natural daylight. However, this didn't bother me or impact our stay at all.

就性價比來說 早餐是很棒的！服務人員也客氣 我收餐的人員能夠在表情也喜樂一些就更好了！位置距離浦東機場很近 很難說地點如何，主要看你的商務是基於怎麼樣的性質跟需要。
個人認為清潔及整齊上可以再多一點細節注意。使用布巾都是消毒各別封裝 我覺得非常好！但一些細節 比如每次整理過後的整齊度 還有比如小小的一些幹淨度 比如地板看不見的地方 還有門鎖扣那個小翹板上的灰塵。但是洗衣房的工作人員的用心客人是看得見的 很貼心的折疊 還拿到房門口掛好編號 真的感受到管家的貼心： )

早餐很丰富，酒店附近就是商业广场，吃饭很方便，地理位置好，工作人员服务热情，还有免费的自助洗衣，健身房，房间很干净，网络设施很快，出差游玩首先这一家

This hotel totally exceeded my expectations. The front desk staff were polite and efficient during check-in. Our room was spotlessly clean with soft bedding and stable Wi-Fi. The location is ideal, close to restaurants and tourist spots. Housekeeping service was timely and thoughtful. Great value for money. I had a wonderful relaxing stay and will definitely book here again on my next trip, highly recommended to all travelers。
