Overall the stay was disappointing

Location is good, easy access to temple and no breakfast provided

Our stay at ADB Kuzhalm was very disappointing. We visited Srirangam over the weekend with our family, including elderly members and a baby, for a temple visit. First, the staircase leading to the first floor had no handrail, which made it difficult and unsafe for the elderly to climb. Additionally, there was no air conditioning provided on the first floor, making the stay quite uncomfortable, especially during the warm weather. The room was also extremely dusty and clearly had not been cleaned properly. The attached photos show the condition of the room during our stay. There were several other issues as well: * The wash basin outside the room had a major water leakage whenever it was used. * The bathroom door did not have a lock. * The geyser was not working, there was a full water leakage from the gyeser and no water coming out of the tap which made it very difficult to manage with our baby as we had no access to hot water. (As you can see the images attached) * At night, there were a lot of mosquitoes, and the property did not provide any mosquito mesh, mosquito bat, or repellent. Overall, our stay was quite unpleasant. While the property is conveniently located close to the temple and is more affordable than many other options, the negative aspects far outweighed the positives. I hope the management addresses these issues to improve the experience for future guests.

Good Stay with only drawback of cleanliness which can be improved with proper maintenance team

The property is at the best place in the Sri rangam area...giving the ancient architecture ambience and very close to the temple. The only drawback is the maintenance, the property can be kept more clean and well if the management puts more effort in cleaning. Otherwise everything fits well. Also there are beds only for 6-8 people and extra mattresses that are provided if asked.

Terrible experience

Area and property was ok

From the beginning, the experience was disappointing. Despite informing our arrival time in advance, we had to wait nearly 15 minutes in the hot sun to collect the keys. The room allotted to us was a non-AC room, but this was not communicated clearly. Though an AC unit was installed, we were told it was not an AC room. With the intense heat and mosquitoes, it was unbearable to stay with family. We had no choice but to vacate around 12:30 AM and cancel our plans. This was one of the most disappointing experiences I have ever had.
