Apartament ładny, ale brudny. Obsługa TRAGICZNA.

Nie polecam z uwagi na najgorszą obsługę, jaką można sobie wyobrazić.

Bardzo głośna klimatyzacja, która nie chłodziła. Miejsce parkingowe małe i fatalnie usytuowane (dużym autem da się wjechać, ale jest to kłopotliwe). Łóżka niewygodne. Bardzo brudna podłoga w łazience. Najgorsza z wszystkiego jednak okazała się obsługa klienta - wyjątkowo chamska i agresywna. Opinia nie dotyczy tylko miejsca parkingowego. Zgłosiłam Państwa pracownikowi problem z alarmem, który wył półtorej godziny (z relacji mieszkańców okolicznych budynków dowiedzieliśmy się, że ten alarm bardzo często się uruchamia i wyje godzinami). Państwa pracownik odpowiedział, że to już sprawa administratora budynku. A kto Państwa zdaniem powinien się skontaktować z tym administratorem? Ja nawet nie wiem kto nim jest. Z powodu braku pomocy z Państwa strony zgłosiłam sprawę do Booking. W odwecie Wasz pracownik zadzwonił do mnie po kilku godzinach i wrzeszczał na mnie przez ponad 5 minut, że przypalone tosty uruchomiły alarm. Dopiero interwencja Booking zmotywowała go do działania (wrzasków i wyzwisk pod moim adresem). Wcześniej nie zrobił nic, żeby rozwiązać problem. Nie ma w regulaminie zakazu korzystania z aneksu. A to może powodować takie "tragiczne" wydarzenia, jak lekko przypalona grzanka. Z takim chamstwem nie spotkałam się jeszcze nigdy. Co więcej ponad tydzień czekałam na dane osoby, która do mnie zadzwoniła i nie raczyła się przedstawić. Nie udało się Państwu tego ustalić... Na mój komentarz odpowiedzieliście jednak błyskawicznie.

Wygodne mieszkanie dla 2 osób + dziecko na dostawce. Cicha i spokojna okolica, blisko do sklepów i restauracji. Plaża ok. 1km od budynku, strome podejście w lesie.

Miejsce postojowe w garażu podziemnym bardzo wąskie pomiędzy słupami żelbetowymi. Parkowanie dużym autem mocno utrudnione.

Wygodne mieszkanie dla 2 osób + dziecko na dostawce. Cicha i spokojna okolica, blisko do sklepów i restauracji. Plaża ok. 1km od budynku, strome podejście w lesie.

Miejsce postojowe w garażu podziemnym bardzo wąskie pomiędzy słupami żelbetowymi. Parkowanie dużym autem mocno utrudnione.
