quiet place, comfortable but hosts need to up their mantainace game

new apartment , spacious and comfortable

the hosts didnt provide the room key code on time, had to call and message several times for it no towels in the room , we booked the room for a 13 hour layover in sharjah , couldnt shower and freshen up as they didnt put any towels in the room , despite contacting them (which was late at night after arrival) they told me 0830 morning we will have towels but by the time we left 0915hrs, no towels had arrived

The location is good, but unfortunately, there were several issues during our stay. We had to wait a long time for security to assist us with the basement parking, and the staff did not seem to understand where we were. Accessing the basement lobby also required waiting for security, which was inconvenient, especially since the access card was inside the apartment. When we arrived, the AC was not working, and despite contacting the staff, the response did not provide a practical solution. Overall, the property needs better organization and a more efficient system for assisting guests. The staff could also be more attentive and accommodating when guests raise concerns.
