We stayed at this riad for four nights as a family of three adults during our trip to Barcelona and Marrakech, and we had a wonderful experience.
The riad is spacious, modern, tastefully decorated, spotless, and very comfortable. It is fully equipped with everything you need, including towels, dishes, a washing machine, and Wi-Fi. All three bedrooms have their own private bathroom, and the air conditioning throughout the riad was a big plus, especially during the very warm days (42°C in the Medina).
Upon arrival, our host Souhail welcomed us and showed us around the riad. During our stay, he was easily reachable via WhatsApp, which worked perfectly for us. We also appreciated being able to stay until 1:00 PM on our departure day and collect our luggage just before leaving, as our flight was in the evening.
The master bedroom has a smart TV with streaming apps, the living room features a projector, and the rooftop is a lovely place to relax and cool down in the small pool.
The location is excellent: at the edge of the Medina walls near the local Bab Doukkala market, with shops, cafés, restaurants, and supermarkets nearby. The souks starts about a 13 minute walk away, and Djemaa el-Fna square around 19 minutes on foot.
We also arranged an airport shuttle through the riad from Menara Airport for €30, which was very convenient.
The only minor points for improvement would be the staircase to the first floor which does not have a handrail and could be a little challenging or unsafe, especially for children or older guests. It would also be a nice extra touch to have a bottle of water available upon arrival.

Le Riad est idéalement situé dans la médina.
Très propre avec une magnifique décoration.
Climatisation dans toutes les pièces et salle de bain avec toilettes dans toutes les chambres.
A l'étage un espace avec petite piscine.
Les hôtes ont été très réactifs et ont répondu à toutes les attentes.
Nous avons eu un petit déjeuné très copieux et délicieux.
Je recommande sans hésitation
