Invasão de apartamento Locking BH
Localização e só.
Aluguei um apartamento para passar a virada do ano com a minha familia com a Locking BH através da Booking . Estadia de 30/12/2025 a 03/01/2026.
No primeiro dia, cheguei ao apartamento às 15:15 para fazer o check-in, que seria às 14:00. Lá dentro tinha uma pessoa limpando, que me contestou informando que "avisamos que chegaríamos as 15:00” mas deixamos a Locking BH avisada de que seria aproximadamente às 15:30, e ainda assim o apartamento não foi limpo direito!!!
Tive que voltar e esperar na rua, dentro do carro durante 30 minutos para limparem o apartamento. E ainda faltaram itens que estavam listados e não encontramos.
O microondas não funcionava, o ventilador estava com defeito, a roupa de cama estava rasgada, as duchas dos dois banheiros com vazamentos, ralo dos banheiros rachados e com alumínio cortante. Tenho registro de tudo isso, pois estava com uma criança de 11 anos que poderia se machucar.
No segundo dia, passamos o dia inteiro fora e, quando voltamos, notamos que entraram no nosso apartamento, usaram itens do nosso banheiro (como sabonete e shampoo, que chegaram a sujar a tampa e amassaram a embalagem), além de levarem/ furtarem pertences e comidas nossos (encontramos uma caixa de chocotone vazia, pacotes de biscoito abertos na bancada da cozinha).
Entramos em contato com a empresa Locking BH para ter acesso as imagens da câmera do corredor que fica em frente a porta, mas ninguém respondeu o dia inteiro.
Conclusão: não tivemos o suporte necessário da Locking BH pra resolver o caso. Saí da locação sem nenhuma providência ou satisfação da empresa para minha solicitação de acesso as câmeras.
Não recomendo seguirem com a reserva de um lugar que vende um apartamento seguro, mas depois você tem a infeliz surpresa de descobrir que invadiram o apartamento (possivelmente quem sabia a senha).
