Pobyt w apartamencie był bardzo udany. Ogromnym plusem jest wygodne łóżko, które zapewniało świetny sen oraz łatwy i bezproblemowy dojazd do obiektu. Na szczególne wyróżnienie zasługuje strefa spa – idealne miejsce do relaksu i pełnego odpoczynku. Kameralna atmosfera obiektu, cisza i spokój sprzyjają wyciszeniu, a piękny widok na góry dopełnia całości. Zdecydowanie polecam to miejsce osobom szukającym komfortu i relaksu z dala od zgiełku.

Super miejsce do wypoczynku, z pięknym widokiem na góry. Po przyjeździe ze stoku, można odpocząć w jacuzii. W pełni wyposażony apartament z dużym wygodnym łóżkiem. Dobre połączenie komunikacyjne, można zostawić auto na miejscu i podjechać jedną stację około 5 minut do Zakopanego.

It’s a cute renovated tiny apartment with really nice views on the Tatra mountains. Nice location with many local restaurants, forests and ski slopes around.
The approach of the owners. We booked 2 nights for 3 people and a dog for 560€. First we got a call if we can cancel because they are overbooked and after saying we cannot because it says ‘non refundable’ on our booking the problem was solved and we could arrive. Upon arrival there was a little problem with the dog even though we booked it stating we had her - in the end it was okay and we could stay with her if we paid extra. The first night on the New Years Eve the electricity in our apartment didn’t work until around 2am. First were very patient since it’s just a thing that happens. But we saw that all the other houses, even other windows in the house we stayed in have light, that the jacuzzi was working also. There was no light, cold water nor heating and it was really cold in there. We contacted (I guess) some of the owners (because in the end I was receiving messages from 4 different numbers) that we see the electricity is working everywhere except for our apartment asking for some heating solution and we were just told it’s not possible, they told us to go check some white electricity boxes in the house or move out of the apartment if we didn’t like it.
The electricity finally started working after many messages and calls.
The second night we didn’t have any problem, but the approach of the owners was terrible.
We also had spa in there with sauna and jacuzzi which was nice except the water in jacuzzi looked like it really needs to be changed and cleaned.
We left not paying extra for the dog nor the spa because we already paid 560€ for 2 nights with terrible service.
Honestly it’s a nice apartment but a rip off. Asking extra money for everything without being able to provide basic service and being nice to customers. I still believe we should get some money back for the first night of our stay.
