The location was perfect, and the apartment is stunning.
The apartment was very hot at night, with only one fan to use. As the trams run outside pretty much 24/7, it was too noisy to keep the windows open; a fan in each room would help. It states on the property listing under facilities that the apartment is equipped with an iron and a drying rack; there was neither. This was very disappointing as we had been travelling for quite a few days and had planned to get all our washing up to date. There are no basic items in the apartment; this is the first time we have come across this. Normally, a bit of sugar or some tea/coffee helps, especially if arriving after the local shops have closed. Instructions on how to use the washing machine and dishwasher would be a good idea.

Absolutely — the location, size, and standard are a big plus
During the summer, the property is not suitable for living. The lack of air conditioning is a major issue, and that is why I’m giving it a 7. Unfortunately, you can’t ventilate the apartment or open the windows because trams and buses run right outside the windows throughout the night, creating a lot of noise. There is also a restaurant next door. If the windows are closed, you can’t hear the noise, but then it becomes unbearably hot inside.

This apartment has an excellent location, very close to attractions. The room is spacious and clean, and parking is convenient.
The apartment is close to the road, so the trams start running quite early in the morning, which creates some noise.
What’s more, there was construction work going on at night on my check-in day and it disturbed my rest. This construction noise should only be temporary though.

Pas de rideaux pour la nuit aux fenêtres de la salle à manger/salon pour ceux qui dormaient dans cette pièce. Les trams passent jusqu’à 1h30 du matin et peuvent gêner
