The hotel is located on a private island, which is a huge advantage and makes the whole experience truly special. There are plenty of activities for the whole family, so it’s easy to have a great time without ever getting bored. The staff are exceptionally friendly and genuinely seem to care about making sure every guest has a great experience, I’ve never seen such sincere attention to guests’ happiness. I would especially like to mention the lady who welcomes guests at the restaurant where breakfast and dinner are served. Every single day, she greeted us with the same warmth and enthusiasm as if we were meeting for the very first time. It was such a small but incredibly pleasant detail that really made us feel welcome.
