The place have a homey feels and clean. It is close to everything that we need. Very accessible. The host is so nice and accommodating. I love how they communicate with us. We have nice view of manila bay and yatch club too!!! The sunset from the balcony is spectacular ๐๐

The room was clean. Ate Marj was a very welcoming host and will cater to our needs kahit night time na kame mag message sa kanya sagot din sya kaagad.
All okay dun sa room. But medyo nahinaan lang ako sa aircon buti may support naman na electric fan. Maybe need lang ng linis ng aircon and it will be all good. About the internet meron naman but there are times na mabagal sya. Maybe because of the network signal sa area.

I like that the host is very accommodating even tho we checked in later than expected. The view is also great, overlooking the pool, Manila bay & harbor square. Also alfamart saved the day ๐ we also cooked so some condiments & pans are also available in the property โบ๏ธ the stove can be a little tricky.
Some appliances did not work properly, (kitchen exhaust & microwave) the rest are okay. Doesn't have WiFi or blow-dry & toiletries when we stayed.
