We were blown away by how good this hostel was. Felt more like a high end hotel to us! Bottled water on tap (literally), amazing pool at the top, huge room with everything we needed, attentive and helpful staff, very clean and new all round.
Nothing :) no complaints whatsoever (apart from the address being hard to find..but maybe that was our fault).

The location is convenient to reach. In the middle of the tourist attractions. Hawa Mahal is just 1 Km and bustling markets such as Sanganeri Gate, Badi Chaupar , Chandpol are within 2kms from the property. Other attractions such as Amer Fort, Jal Mahal, Nahargarh Fort etc are just 6 kms from the property. So, it's a middle property. Best for college groups, friends group and young couples.
The food at the canteen is very over priced. Tase was good but I felt that prices don't justify the portion sizes. Baverages are reasonable but eatables are costly. Prices can be rationalised. However, the food quality is excellent

Clean spacious room with a nice bathroom and hot water. Water refills available.
Unfortunately I don’t recommend this hostel unless you have an Indian credit/debit card. The systems just doesn’t work for foreigner cards. The cafe only has online orders and payments and it doesn’t accept foreign cards or Google pay if the listed card is foreign. We were unable to have breakfast or any food at the hostel. Also Hosteller are not linked with the Booking.com payment system but they insist on payment before arrival. They send a link. The linked platform charges a fee for using it and the exchange rate they use is so bad. This increased the cost significantly compared what was actually listed on Booking.com.
The hostel’s online systems (glu) also generally do not function well. We used glu to ask for a replenishment of amenities in the room. None arrived. The next day we asked staff to at least send us some teabags. They said they would but still, none arrived. So four night stay, no replacement of amenities.
The hostel is nice but the basics are not in place. I wouldn’t stay at a Hosteller again due to these problems.
