The apartment itself was exactly as we expected and was the perfect size for the three of us. We particularly loved the showers! 😊
A few members of staff were extremely helpful and took the time to listen and make an effort to understand us, which we really appreciated.
The location was also very convenient, with everything we needed close by and easily accessible. Physically Overall, the apartment itself suited our needs very well.
Its a shame that it was ruined by the overall atmosphere.
We chose this hotel specifically because of the pool, as my son was really looking forward to using it. Unfortunately, we were informed only the day before arrival that the pool would not be available. He was extremely disappointed. Had we been made aware of this sooner, we would have had the opportunity to book elsewhere. At no point during the booking process was it made clear that the pool was seasonal.
Unfortunately, the room we were allocated also made our stay much less comfortable than it should have been. Our room was situated as close as possible to the construction site and the main road. A room on a higher floor would have been considerably quieter and more suitable for a family, away from the construction noise, traffic, pedestrians and activity from the nearby park.
The construction floodlights also shone around the blinds and lit up the bedrooms throughout the night. Combined with the constant outside noises
, this made it extremely difficult to get my son to sleep at a reasonable hour. I feel that this was a very poor choice of room for a family, particularly given the ongoing construction.
During our first week, there were also several parties taking place in the corridor late at night. There was loud music, shouting and doors constantly slamming, which woke us several times throughout the night. I tried to raise the issue with a member of security, but was told that he didn't speak English. Unfortunately, his body language gave me the impression that he wasn't particularly concerned about the situation.
Overall, this was a disappointing experience. Between the unavailable pool, the poor room location, construction noise and late-night disturbances, the stay was far from the relaxing family holiday we had expected.

Da localização privilegiada (próximo do shopping Las Condes), dos cômodos do apartamento (quartos amplos com suítes, camas confortáveis e armários, cozinha com utensílios muito bons para o preparo de alimentação, sala grande, varanda com mesa e cadeira) e de suas mobílias. da área de co-working (com 3 pessoas trabalhando por internet, isso não seria possível apenas no apartamento), da Academia, da cafeteria no térreo do edifício).
Chegamos no final da noite de 24/04/26. O box da suíte com cama de casal estava com acúmulo de água do chuveiro por problema no ralo. No sábado de manhã comunicamos com detalhes a ocorrência à administradora do apartamento, que avisou que encaminharia a reclamação a um técnico a fim de ele sanar o problema. Ele não veio no sábado nem na segunda-feira, dois dias em que com frequência a administradora ficava repetindo pedidos de descrição do problema, apesar de também repetidas respostas detalhadas do que acontecia. Na noite de segunda-feira, sem que o técnico prometido tivesse aparecido no apartamento, perdi a paciência pela insistência desses pedidos e me queixei deste procedimento irritante; a administradora perguntou se o técnico poderia ir na terça-feira, data que recusamos porque estaríamos fora do apartamento para irmos ao casamento de nosso filho. Assim, o técnico foi autorizado a ir na quarta-feira, dia 29/04, dia em que resolveu o problema em cerca de 20 minutos e nos trouxe um tapete de saída do boxe que havíamos solicitado, já que o existente no dia de nossa chegada era de plástico vazado, que molhava o piso e oferecia risco de queda. Portanto, de 24 a 29/04, tivemos de usar apenas o chuveiro da outra suíte, compartilhado entre as 4 pessoas da família; merecemos até um desconto no valor que pagamos para a estadia até 02/05, já que o uso de um dos banheiros só foi possível a partir de 29/04.
