I usually try to stay at Home2s when I travel, so I know what to expect with them. This hotel is new, so the mud in the parking lot from surrounding projects was understandable with all the rain recently. The room was clean other than someone’s mouth tape stuck to the fitted sheet in which I feel like a housekeepers should have seen. But the breakfast, oh boy. It was only 9:30 and they were out of silverware, barely any food options, breakfast area was an absolute mess, no coffee, no creamer, no bowls, other guests were having to eat cereal out of coffee mugs and glasses. If you know you’re going to be busy, which they were, you should make sure to make enough food and keep everything stocked.
Other than the disappointing and poorly managed breakfast, the fitness room was well stocked with free weights and exercise equipment, rooms were clean and everything well lit and overall nice hotel. Just work on your breakfast.
