Upon entering the front door you will be in the living room. Proceeding forward there’s 3 bedrooms, a bathroom, dedicated work space, laundry room, and the kitchen/dining is at the back end of the house.

Walkable Perks: Start your morning with a stroll to the legendary Winkler Bakery for fresh sugar cake or grab a coffee at Chad’s Chai. You are perfectly positioned just south of Downtown, meaning the Arts District breweries, the Truist Stadium, and Carolina University are all within a 5-minute reach. It’s a quiet, scenic sanctuary that’s still in the heart of the action.

On Foot (The Scenic Route): Our home is uniquely positioned near the Old Salem Strollway, a beautiful pedestrian path that connects the historic district to Downtown.

Old Salem Museums & Gardens: 9-minute walk to the historic visitor center and Winkler Bakery.

Downtown & Breweries: 15-minute walk to the Arts District, Lesser Known Brewing, and local eateries.

Truist Stadium: Avoid game-day traffic! It’s a pleasant walk to catch a Dash game.

By Car / Ride-Share: Centrally located with immediate access to US-52 and I-40, making commutes to Winston-Salem’s major hubs effortless.

Parking: We provide 2 dedicated on-street parking spots directly in front of the home. Additional free parking is available on the adjacent side streets.

Ride-Share: Uber and Lyft are active. For early morning flights to PTI Airport (30 mins), we recommend scheduling your ride 24 hours in advance.

Transit: The WSTA Route 104 stop is nearby for a direct link to the Downtown Transportation Center.



Other Things to Note:

24/7 free street parking is readily available in front of the house for up to 2 vehicles, more vehicles will have to find side street parking, do not block other neighbors parking.
