Our apartment features 1 bedroom (suite) with a double bed, a living room with a comfortable trundle sofa bed, an open-plan kitchen, a balcony, and a half-bath. The kitchen is equipped with a 4-burner stove, microwave, coffee maker, sandwich maker, water filter, basic utensils, and a washer-dryer machine.

We offer 1 free covered parking space.

Important: the apartment does not have safety screens. Children are welcome, but it is the parents’ responsibility to ensure their safety by always keeping the balcony glass doors closed and locked with the key (slide glass system with 100% key locking).

We accept 1 small pet for an additional fee. Please update the number of guests to include your pet and view the price.

Guests can use part of the condominium's facilities, which are wonderful and include: heated adult pool, children's pool, large playroom, massage room, computer room, and game room. Sauna and gym facilities are not available for guest use.

Easy access, just a few blocks from two of the best shopping malls in Santos, Gonzaga beach, and a shopping and walking center. Enjoy a movie and popcorn session at Cine Roxy, just one block from the apartment. Leave your car in the garage and enjoy several tourist attractions just a few meters from the apartment.

We accept one small pet per reservation, as long as it is trained to relieve itself in the appropriate place. There is an additional fee for hosting a pet, so it must be included in the number of guests at the time of booking.
