The apartment has 1 bedroom (suite) with a king-size bed, a living room with a sofa bed, and a balcony with a beautiful sea view, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the sunset.
We provide double bed sheets and towels for 2 guests. For stays up to 3 nights, there is no linen change. For stays longer than 4 nights, please request a linen change 48 hours in advance.
For 3 or 4 guests, please bring a double sheet (without elastic) for the sofa bed, a single sheet for the mattress, and extra towels. Don’t forget your beach towels and sarong to enjoy the sun!
The open-plan kitchen features a two-burner induction cooktop (frying not allowed), microwave, coffee maker, fridge, electric oven, sandwich maker, pots, and basic utensils, perfect for simple meals.
The building is located in the best and safest neighborhood, with a 24-hour front desk, easy check-in, swimming pool, and gym. There is also a self-service laundry (Bubble Box) available in the condominium for an additional fee.
The guest will have access to the building's leisure facilities, including the swimming pool and gym, as well as the Clube XV beach hut with tables, chairs, and bar service on weekends.
After booking, keep an eye on the messages in the App chat, where the host will send all important information. We recommend downloading the app and enabling notifications to ensure efficient communication.
We allow one small pet per booking, provided its needs are taken care of in appropriate places. There is an additional fee for the pet, which must be included in the total guest count.
