Villa Amira is made for Bali trips when everyone wants to stay together. At its centre, a 17-metre private pool runs through a mature tropical garden, beside a fully enclosed, air-conditioned living and dining room where the whole group can gather in comfort.

Warm timber interiors, natural stone and Balinese artwork give the villa an established sense of place, while five air-conditioned bedrooms provide privacy when everyone wants their own space. Designed for extended families and groups, Villa Amira accommodates up to 10 guests as standard.

The Space:
The pool and garden
The 17-metre pool is not a side feature—it is where Villa Amira comes together. Swim in the morning, relax beside the garden during the afternoon, or gather around the pool between beach trips and evenings out in Legian.

Mature tropical planting surrounds the pool and outdoor spaces, creating a leafy, private atmosphere once you step inside.

Air-conditioned comfort for the whole group
Large glass doors connect the pool and garden with the main living and dining room. Unlike many open-air Bali villas, this communal space can be fully enclosed and air-conditioned—an important comfort for larger groups during Bali’s hotter and more humid days.

There is room for everyone to relax together, share meals around the large dining table or enjoy an easy evening at home. The well-equipped kitchen connects directly with the dining area for preparing breakfast, drinks and casual meals.

Bedroom layout
Five air-conditioned bedrooms are arranged across two levels, with six permanent beds and four full bathrooms.

Downstairs
• Master bedroom with one king bed
• Twin bedroom with two single beds
• One shared bathroom serving both downstairs bedrooms

This arrangement is particularly practical for parents travelling with children, teenagers or other family members who prefer to sleep nearby.

Upstairs
• Three bedrooms, each with one king bed
• Each upstairs bedroom has its own private bathroom

The four king bedrooms also make the villa a strong option for couples travelling together, while the twin room provides additional flexibility for mixed groups.

The open rooftop lounge provides another place for morning coffee or evening drinks. It is reached by stairs, open to the weather and best enjoyed during cooler mornings and evenings.


Guest Access:
The entire villa is exclusively yours, including all five bedrooms, four bathrooms, the pool, garden, kitchen, living and dining areas, and rooftop lounge.

On-site parking is available for one car and scooters. Villa Amira is reached along a compact residential lane, so the final approach may be difficult for larger vans.


Interaction with Guests:
Daily housekeeping is included, and our friendly local team is available throughout your stay. Guests regularly praise the team for their warm hospitality, quick communication and willingness to help.

Bookings of seven nights or more include a complimentary one-way airport transfer for one car carrying up to four people. Additional vehicles and transport requirements should be arranged separately.

Breakfast is not included in the accommodation rate.


The Neighborhood:
Our villa is located in a quiet lane just of Jalan Legian.

The beach is a mere 10 minute stroll away and I can recommend all guests to enjoy those famous Balinese sunsets at the beach.

Getting Around:
Villa Amira is tucked along a residential lane just off Jalan Legian, placing restaurants, shops, spas, nightlife and several beaches within walking distance.

Approximate walking times from the villa:
• Jalan Legian: 3 minutes
• Yogi’s Paradise & Grill: 4 minutes
• Garlic Lane: 6 minutes
• Padma/Legian Beach: approximately 11 minutes
• Kuta Beach: approximately 15 minutes
• Double Six Beach: approximately 16 minutes

Walking times may vary slightly depending on pace, route and beach entrance.

Much of central Legian can be explored on foot. For destinations farther across Kuta, Seminyak and Bali, most guests use ride-hailing services, a scooter or a private driver.


Other Things to Note:
Villa Amira is designed for up to 10 guests as standard.

Groups of up to 14 may be accepted with advance approval. Each approved guest above 10 is charged US$50 per night, payable at the villa, and an extra bed will be provided for each additional guest. Please confirm the complete guest list before booking.

The pool is approximately 160 cm deep. A pool fence can be arranged in advance for an additional charge, quoted when requested.

Several bedrooms and the rooftop require stair access. The rooftop is open to the weather and is generally most comfortable during cooler mornings and evenings.

Villa Amira is in a residential setting. Parties and events are not permitted, and quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
