With 2 bedrooms and approximately 62㎡ of space, the property is ideal for families, groups, and business travelers.
For larger groups, this 7th-floor unit can be booked together with our 6th-floor unit, providing approximately 140㎡ of total space and accommodating up to 16 guests.

Guests may access all areas included in the accommodation. However, any room with a notice posted on the door is not included in the rental area.

● Elevator Access
The elevator is available from the 2nd floor. Guests are required to climb 14 steps from the 1st to the 2nd floor. We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding.
● Traffic Noise
The property is located along Roppongi-dori Avenue, offering excellent access for sightseeing and transportation. Although soundproofing measures are in place, some traffic noise may be heard depending on the time of day due to the busy location.
If you are particularly sensitive to noise, we recommend bringing earplugs.
● Luggage Storage Before Check-in / After Check-out
As this is an unmanned property without a front desk, we are unable to store luggage before check-in or after check-out.
If you need to store your luggage, please use coin lockers at nearby stations or an external luggage storage service.
● Self Check-in & Door Access Code
This is a self-service accommodation with no front desk.
The room is accessed using a door code, which will be issued after you complete the required online check-in procedure.
● Online Check-in Is Required
Guests who have not completed the online check-in procedure will not be able to enter the property.

We stayed here as a group and wanted to be in a central part of Tokyo, and this place was very practical for that.It’s right next to Roppongi-Itchome Station, which made getting around the city easy.We used both Narita and Haneda airports, and access was straightforward using the limousine bus from the nearby ANA InterContinental.Check-in was self-service, but the instructions were clear, and English communication was quick when we needed it.The building isn’t new, but it was clean, functional, and worked well for a group stay.If you value location and space over hotel-style service, this is a solid choice.
