Generous size. 5 min walk to undergroud. Good shower. Lounge area with free coffee/tea and snacks/apertif in early evening
Washing machine but no laundry detergent or clothes airer/pegs to dry. No electric kettle in room. Clean but a few stains on the carpet.

Didn’t have breakfast so never used the facility.
Excellent location for the train station with 3 major lines and only 6 minutes walk.
The massive bed was fabulous and really comfy.
Air con was very good and not too drying or noisy.
Washer/dryer relatively easy to use.
Hotel service once weekly was lovely.
The lift up to the room is very tired and the atmosphere was oppressively hot and humid, but this initial poor impression was short lived as the apartment was beautiful.
No toaster. Not a smart TV, not able to cast on.
Microwave over complicated as it was also a grill and oven, very difficult to use as a microwave.
No mugs only small coffee cups.
Siren on kettle nearly scared us to half to death, like a tsunami warning! but once we realised what it was, we had a great laugh.

Spacious, Clean and very comfortable one-bedroom apartment. Close enough to public transportation without the hustle and bustle of the crowded areas.
Spectacular views of Shibuya skyline.
Very easy check-in and check-out process, friendly staff available to help with luggage transfer.
Nice lounge for coffee in the morning.
I liked to be away from the crowds. But if you're looking to be in the center of the action, this is not the right location.

The staff were very kind, welcoming and friendly, and the girls were especially lovely with my son. The accommodation was a great size for our family, giving our little boy plenty of space to move around and also allowing us to have a separate area to relax and watch TV. The location was very convenient for supermarkets, convenience stores and the subway.
We were not aware that the accommodation was part of a residence-style property, so we were surprised that we had to take out our own rubbish and that the garbage chute was difficult to find. Room cleaning was only available for an additional fee, which was not ideal when travelling with a baby. The room could also have been cleaner, as there was rice on the floor and an unused sanitary tower on the balcony. The location was not particularly close to the main attractions, and communication before and during our stay could have been much better. We received inconsistent information regarding the larger room and the baby cot, which caused unnecessary stress. We were also disappointed to receive multiple requests to rate the property after our stay.
