With 5 bedrooms and 5.5 bathrooms between the Main House and Carriage House, the property accommodates up to 16 guests. Enjoy sweeping Gulf views, relaxing by the private pool, gathering around the firepit at sunset, and reaching the beach with just a one-minute walk.
The three-level home blends modern comforts with Cape Dutch inspired architecture. On the ground floor, a heated Gulf-front pool, built-in grill, and wet bar create a laid-back outdoor living space. Inside, a media room with its own wet bar sets the stage for easy entertainment.
Take the stairs or elevator to the second level, where expansive Gulf views fill the open living and dining areas. The gourmet kitchen features a Sub-Zero double fridge, two dishwashers, a 6-burner Wolf range, and seating for four at the island. Foldaway glass doors open to a furnished balcony, perfect for morning coffee. This level also offers a bonus room with a kitchenette and a laundry room with two stacked washer–dryer sets.
The top-floor primary suite includes a king bed, private bath, and a spacious balcony with panoramic. A gas firepit and wet bar add extra comfort.
The attached Carriage House provides added privacy with a king suite on the first floor and a queen bedroom plus a bunk room with two twin-over-twin bunks on the second.

Amazing property! Clean and well stocked. Perfect amount of space for 3 separate families. Proximity to the water was pure perfection especially with small kids! The bikes were a huge plus as well!Incredible communication. We were met by someone upon arrival and all questions were answered. We had 24/7 access via text for anything we might need. There was a small issue with AC going out for a couple days over the holiday. They responded immediately, and helped to mitigate the issue as well as refunding us some money for the inconvenience. Most importantly, my mother in law, who can be a bit particular, is still raving about how wonderful the experience was! She already wants to rebook for next summer. 5 stars, 100% would recommend.
