About this villa rental
Elysian Hill Villa is probably the most panoramic villa of Northern Corfu. Perfect for large families or group of friends (sleeping up to 12/13 guests) this exciting modern property is set to impress for its views, location, private pool, decor and sense of freedom: you will feel at the top of the World, yet just a few min drive away from the beautiful beach of Barbati, from the lively Ipsos, and 2 steps away from the famous Taverna Agnantio. Wake up every day with the sea in your eyes, relax at sunset with a glass of wine on the extensive terraces, refresh in the private pool: Elysian Hill Villa will amaze you!
Inside, the property has been cleverly designed to accommodate up to 13 guests in 6 bedrooms, yet providing privacy when required or at night: it is in fact composed by 2 self contained units with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms each, rented together as a whole, independent villa with private pool. The units cannot be rented individually. Each of the 2 identical units enjoys a sensational open-plan lounge with adjoining fully equipped kitchen and dining area, comfortable sofas, smart TV and patio doors leading out to the panoramic terrace, a delight both during day and night. An hallway leads then to the 3 bedrooms (2 doubles with panoramic terrace, 1 twin) and the 2 bathrooms (one with bathtub and one with shower) for a total of 6 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. An extra guest can be accommodated on a folding z-bed provided free of charge (mostly suitable for a child). For the comfort of our guests, the whole property is air-conditioned, both in the bedrooms and lounge areas. Starlink fast internet is provided. The property has been beautifully furnished in traditional Greek colors and is full of light: the perfect connection between the green of the corfiot hills and the blue of the sea.
Steps lead down from the accommodation area to the newly redesigned pool terrace, providing once again the most sensational views over the sea. This is an unique spot to enjoy the shining Greek sun and enjoying the views of the boats passing by. The upgraded pool area features comfortable sunbeds and poufs, as well as barbecue and a dining table for 12, where all the guests can dine together al fresco. The lovely, sparkling private pool measures 7m x 3,5m and also features shallow ends to chill out and relax: a true delight all summer long. Spending long, lazy hours admiring the glorious views while sunbathing, will be the experience of a lifetime. And while the lights of Corfu Town in the distance light up at dusk: simply wow! Private parking is also available within the premises.
NOTES: for the convenience of our guests, the price quoted includes: Air-conditioning, wi-fi internet, maid service twice a week, pool towels, change of towels twice a week, change of linen once a week. A refundable security deposit for damages (euros 300) is required on arrival and refunded at the end of the stay.

The view from this villa is spectacular. The photographs really don’t do it justice. 11 of us stayed here for my birthday at the beginning of June 2026. There are two large units right next to each other with a beautiful private pool and outdoor area. The villas were spotless and the indoor living spaces were enormous. There was plenty of outdoor seating and socialising areas with a gas bbq. The host was very helpful and lives very near so was very handy. I would thoroughly recommend this villa.

An amazing property with the best view i have ever seen in a house ! Everything is perfect. We were a group of 10 friends and our holidays in Corfu went just fine thanks to this villa. Thank you !

Everything perfect! Definitely will be coming back! We didn't want to leave, nicos was amazing! Helped with anything. Didn't think I'd enjoy cooking while I was on holiday! But the view and the bbq made me love cooking! Great bonding time with all my boys
