The entry was great, very easy to access and felt very secure. The bed downstairs was one of the most comfortable beds I have slept in for a long time and the bedding was fresh and clean.
The only thing that was a little problem (and it was a very minor one) was the only switch we could find for the ceiling lights was actually upstairs and in the entrance lobby. Sounds very petty, but spent ages trying to find them. Interestingly there was a switch plate on the wall in the bedroom with the switches missing, which I assume controlled the lights normally. Because there are no bedside lights, it became a bit tricky having to get out of bed to turn the lights off upstairs and return down the narrow staircase in pitch black darkness.

Everything was fantastic.
Great communication.
Nothing at all.
Just one thing i would suggest a mirror downstairs in the bedroom ie a dressing table mirror, a mirror in the bathroom the same as the one in the upstairs bathroom. I know there was a mirror on the back of the bathroom door but it’s a bit dark in there to see in it!
