My coworkers and I had a great experience staying at Solihull. It was a very sweet home, with two beds upstairs, with one bathroom and a pull out sofa in the extension.
The entire house was exceptionally clean, well maintained, and provided for. It was a great location to stay to easily reach the NEC, whilst not having to pay the extravagant prices of the hotels directly in the area.
There was every appliance you could want, including washing facilities for clothes and a small garden l, so if you needed a longer stay it would accommodate you.
Check in communication was very easy, and all information was provided before hand via email :)
All in all we had a great time, and on a personal note I really appreciated the little new Zealand coasters and art work as I actually grew up there.

Not much - all of it was great! Maybe one suggestion for the pull out bed; since the foam of the bed is a bit thinner, I think future guests may appreciate a spare mattress topper that could be used to add some additional comfort. We used a few spare blankets to give some extra padding!
