The service was good and hotel was really clean. The staff were very welcoming and so supportive. It’s a conducive atmosphere to stay especially if you’re looking for exclusivity. Perfect for relaxation.
The breakfast menu was a bit limited, it should be infused with more culinary diversity aiming for more intercontinental dishes!

It was a very pleasant experience, super clean room with an amazing and friendly staff they make you feel like you’re among family with their great customer service skills, I will definitely come back .
I like to thank Mr Ahmed ,Mr Mahmoud ,Miss Reham and Miss Nour and all the staff for all their efforts to make my stay so enjoyable.
It’s new clean with very spacious rooms and a great location , tasteful design, comfortable beds and pillows

We loved the exceptional hospitality and how helpful the staff were throughout our stay. They went above and beyond to accommodate any request we had and always tried their best to find a solution. The breakfast deserves a special mention: after spending nine days in Cairo, this was by far the best breakfast we had, with an excellent variety and very good-quality products. The room was also very comfortable and had everything we needed for a great rest. We especially appreciated how welcoming they were even after check-out, when we had to return to the hotel and they made everything incredibly easy for us, even offering us some refreshing drinks after a very hot day.
Honestly, there is nothing to complain about. We would have happily stayed longer!
