Felt like a home away from home. Spacious and stocked with all you need.
The traffic noise is really quite bad with the main road at the main bedroom side of the apartment.

Great, large unit, on the edge of Hobart CBD but very close to the harbour. Easy parking and central location - a great base for our stay in Hobart.
Great place but key collection and drop off is not close to the property. It is a 15 minute walk away. This was the greatest distance I've ever had to travel to collect a key for access. This should be advertised when booking, or the owners should consider finding an alternative solution. We received a complaint via the host's contact about using of the clothes airer on the balcony during the day and this being a breach of the body corporate rules. Came across as if we should have known the body corporate rules, but this information was not supplied. Perhaps they need to have some internal signage about this. Pool is displayed in the photos, but you are not actually allowed to use it. This should be made clear when booking as it was part of my decision to choose this property. TV not tuned to allow easy access to free to air television.

Great property, very big and loads of space for the family to spread out. Kitchen had everything we needed.
Key collection is not close to the property and this is not outlined at the time of booking. 10-15 minute walk away. This is significant, and perhaps should be advertised when booking or the owners find an alternative solution. Pool is displayed in the photos, but you are not actually allowed to use it. TV too complicated and not even tuned/set-up to allow easy access to free to air television.
