Ended up coming back for a second stay because I loved it so much.
I stayed here twice and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone. The hotel is beautiful, very clean, modern, and well maintained. The staff are absolutely amazing and make you feel truly welcome from the moment you arrive.
The location is perfect: just a 5-minute walk to the beach, with plenty of great restaurants nearby. It really offers the best of both worlds – a peaceful and relaxing stay while still being within walking distance of everything you need.
The staff provide such warm hospitality and genuinely make you feel like royalty.
I will definitely be back. Sampai jumpa! 😊

Wow! This stay went above and beyond my expectations. Here are the highlights:
• the staff were INCREDIBLE, so attentive and kind
• location is perfect, so close to the beach and some amazing places to eat
• the rooms are clean and well presented (some small improvements could be made for presentation but honestly they are minimal)
• lovely modern decor
I also want to share that we stayed a few different places in Bali and this was THE BEST - before we arrived I enquired with each accommodation about recommendations for how to make the stay more romantic for our 8th wedding anniversary. Kaiarasa was the only place that actually answered and offered some wonderful suggestions, including some complementary.
I also forgot to pay part of my bill before moving on to the next location and they were so good about it, helping to get it sorted for me. THANK YOU! 🙏🏼
The whole stay was so amazing we actually stayed an extra night, I wish we had been able to stay longer!
We didn’t mind so much, but some may wish to know that the road noise is quite loud. We expected this so it didn’t impact our stay, but I thought some might benefit from the clarity. In fact, the walls are quite thin - again, this was no problem…except for one night where we had a particularly loud and *passionate* neighbour 😂

I’m really satisfied with the overall stay. The staff really went above and beyond with absolutely everything I needed during my stay. I felt as if I had a private butler service. They were extremely helpful, attentive, supportive and kind. Really amazing group of people.

Really modern, nice design. Intuitive with cool features like filter water tap and USB ports. Nice design and layout! Lovely location, moments from the beach in Pererenan 😇
Would be nice to have some outdoor seating to be more comfortable outside. I think this is because it was in soft opening, but the hot water wasn’t working. No USB or plug sockets near bed which was a bit inconvenient. Overall really nice property!
