The room was fine. I liked the sink in the room. Clean sheets, comforter and towels. Showers and toilet were great with lots of hot water, good water pressure and modern Japanese washlet toilets.
The common room for cooking was not great. The microwave ovens were fine but the sink was not even attached to any plumbing and there were no plates or utensils. You definitely need to hire a taxi from the station if you have luggage, especially skis or snowboards.

The place is AMAZING! Super nice new comfortable rooms with good access to transportation to and from the mountain. Staff were always super helpful and gave VERY fast replies. Showers were very good with lots of hot water.
Nothing bad at all mostly just a note. It can be a bit cold in the corridor and shared areas.
