Very spacious, well laid out and everything you need. You need a car to get around Sintra.
The electrics tripped every morning and evening for the week we stayed. I reported the issue and someone came to look but he wasn’t an electrician. I was told someone would come out and they didn’t show. When someone did show the pool pump was switched off to see if it was that, the electric tripped again that evening. Same guy came again the next day as we couldn’t get anything to work, and replaced lights outside, it tripped again. There were supposed to be lights on outside but we ran the hazard in the dark every single night when we returned from trips for dinner. My son had to go through the bushes, let himself in, flick the breaker switch, only then would the garage door open, and the internal garage door (there is basement parking). Also, the company who run the villa are quick to take a €500 deposit which they required on booking otherwise it wasn’t confirmed; but not so good at returning the funds in the same timescale quoting ‘we need to inspect then it can take a week for funds to be returned,” - they should do better on this matter. I’m still waiting…
