It was a wonderful stay yhe house is spacious and very organized everything we needed was there . The owner checked on us most of the time we loved every moment

Didn't realise it was way up in the mountains but the drive up was beautiful. The place was spacious, clean, quiet, private, just simply beautiful. My son is autistic and we cannot always go anywhere with him due to his loud verbal stimming... But he could freely be himself and he absolutely loved everything from the pool, to the lazing area to the bedrooms. Everything we needed was available.
We discussed a personal request we had, with the owner, before booking. It was confirmed it would not be a problem. The eve after we already arrived, we received a message we cannot be assisted with our request. We do understand that there are rules an preferences from the owners, which we respect and hence why we asked before hand. Not being informed before the day of our arrival was disappointing and inconvenienced us abit. Daniel and Oom are friendly, lovely people. We were welcomed with a smile and a pleasant msg. Friendly advise, In future communicate amongst one another regarding discussions with guest to avoid any confusions.
