Perfect location for visiting Burleigh horse trials. Lovely village setting. We have family who live nearby so we will definitely book again. Very clean and comfortable room.Highly recommended.

I am guessing that if you are taking a short break with a pet this would be a good choice.
There were no biscuits with the tea and coffee - a small thing, but still. There were only 4 milk sachets which meant that my husband and I could only have a drink at one point during our stay (as a drink needs a minimum of 2 sachets). As there was no one on site there wasn’t a reception we could go to to get more.
The first room we were given smelt badly of dog so we asked to swap rooms. This was done very efficiently and we were happy with the swapped rooms although we had booked a room with a bath and the swapped room only had a shower.
Outside the property there was rubble, a skip and lots of dying ivy on the floor which made the arrival feel disappointing.
