Localização ótima, com arredor silencioso; móveis novos; bastantes utensílios de cozinha; internet boa; ar-condicionado e chuveiro bons; espaço do studio ótimo. Roupas de cama e banho limpas. Possui varal. TV smart, com muitas opções de streaming e canais abertos. Anfitriã responde rápido.
A limpeza dos utensílios de cozinha deixou a desejar. A cafeteria elétrica estava com restos de pó de café, formando fungo no interior. Precisamos lavar, antes de usar, os talheres, copos e outros utensílios. Outro ponto foi o ralo do box que estava entupido; desentupimos um pouco, mas no dia seguinte voltou a entupir. A pia do banheiro também acabou entupindo no segundo dia de estadia. São pequenos ajustes que precisam ser feitos. No geral, foi ótimo.
