Accommodated a last minute booking after my Heathrow flight was cancelled. No reception, so all communication is via phone/booking chat. Self-entry process using keypad details sent after paying a bond.
Steep staircase to access room so can be difficult when carrying a suitcase.

Comfy beds, good communal kitchen and bathrooms, easy to find and access, modern and clean. Good location right beside tube station. Had everything we needed for 1 night. Lovely slippers and bath robes were left too which is a nice touch.
It was extremely hot to the point it was uncomfortable. The heating was left on in all bathrooms with no way to turn off. It was a very hot day so I understand that can’t be fixed but having heating on really made matters worse. We then went out for the night and on return realised the bedroom radiators were also on. It felt as if underground heating was on too but that might have been general heat. A fan was left in the room but this was not enough to try and cool down 5 girls who all slept on top of the covers and uncomfortable. Tried messaging the property and heard nothing back.
