Cute concept and comfy beds.

I was there for 4 nights and the communal bathroom was not cleaned once during my stay, bins emptied every day but that’s it’s For £52 a night this is completely unacceptable and I’m shocked at the basics now even being done daily. The beds were not hoovered under/around when guests left. I was hoping the previous reviews were not true but unfortunately they were. Also the heater needs to be looked at it was -30 during the stay and the radiator were now working properly and the front door is broken, I reported this twice via what’s app during my stay. Disappointing stay for the money! Luckily Lapland did not disappoint!!
